Blink · Effective 12 July 2026
Blink does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Everything the app does happens on your device.
Blink uses the front TrueDepth camera, via Apple's ARKit, to measure blink rate, gaze direction and gaze distance during desk sessions you start. This processing happens entirely on your iPhone in real time:
Your session history, break streaks, settings and calibration are stored locally on your device (and in your device backups). We have no servers and no account system, so we cannot see any of it.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.
Blink contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs and no trackers.
Blink is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
